A. Yes! We will migrate any cPanel or DirectAdmin accounts for you or restore a full account backup file you can provide at no charge to you for the first time. For the sub-sequent account there will be extra charge incur.

Q: What are the nameservers for your hosting?
A. After you have signed up and payment has been made, nameservers and other necessary account information will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Q: Are you a web hosting Reseller?

Q: Will you place any ads on my site?
A. No. We never will.

Q: How can I view my site when my domain is still propagating?
A: You'll be given the link to your termporary URL in your welcome email after signup.

A: No, any nulled script or a script modified to bypass any copyrights or licensing are not allowed on our servers.


Q: Is SSH access included?
A: No but you can request from Support Ticket to get it enable.


Q: Is there an limit to how many emails I can send?
A: All accounts are limited to 1,000 emails per day. Spam and bulk mail are strictly not allowed.


Q: Do you allow remote MySQL/MSSQL database access?
A: No, remote database access on our shared/reseller plans is not supported.


Q: How long does it take before my domain is propagated and active?
A: After you change the nameservers for your domain at your registrar to Cunhost' nameservers, it should take 24 hours or less. Usually you will be able to access your domain within several minutes.
